Your Repairer, Your Choice

We ensure your chosen and trusted bodyshop's repair estimate is sent over to the third parties insurance, as opposed to your own insurer, requesting they authorise repairs to your vehicle, with no excess to pay. If you do not have your own trusted repairer, we have long-standing relationships with repairers nationwide who we can highly recommend to repair your vehicle to your complete satisfaction.

We Provide A Like-For-Like Replacement Hire Vehicle To Suit Your Needs

Working alongside your chosen repairer, once a repair booking in date has been organised. The vehicle is normally delivered within 24 hours of initial contact.

Your Chosen Repairer’s Estimate Is Sent To The At Fault Insurer

We ensure that repairs are authorised and later paid for by the third parties insurance, directly to your chosen repairer.

We Continue To Liaise With The At Fault Insurer

We keep in regular contact with the at fault insurer to provide them with updates for your hire and request any updates we require.

We Keep You Updated Throughout

Your dedicated Concierge team member will provide you with regular updates to suit your needs, without the need for you to call or chase.

Repair Completion

Once your repairs are complete, your vehicle will be returned to you and we will collect the replacement hire vehicle.

They managed everything perfectly. I could choose my own Tesla approved garage (Finesse Bracknell), and they coordinated everything with the insurance company so my No Claims Bonus (NCB) was not affected. It cost me nothing extra, only some patience for the process.

One of the best things was the 'Like-for-like' replacement car. They provided me with another Tesla Model Y for my daily commute to work. I only had to pay a small deposit, which was very fair.
